That Friday, João Pedro MATOS FERNANDES, Minister for the Environment and Climate Action of Portugal presented the new strategy of transition and a challenge plan during the last EU council Portuguese presidency.
Mr Joao Pedro Matos Fernandes said that he managed to go beyond emission 0 until 2050 as the challenge is to reach 0 pollution until 2050.
