All partners have a link to restaurant sector: Bernard and Yannick had their own company in Antwerp and Brussels : Gourmet Burgers and other family-run restaurants. Three others are brewers specialists who love challenges. Finally, all of them managed to open their establishment after the lockdown.
Yannick from Antwerp said
“Our concept is to share, eating with us is important. t is a selected light pizza with high quality products. Our manufacturing remains a secret since it has been studied by agri-food scientists. We chose the best pizzaiolo, Thierry Graffagnimo, three-time world champion in pizza design. We consulted him for all step of production : from pasta to out of the oven.We offer a fine selection of traditional beers and Duvel. We also make whisky beers for example. We like invented to please our guests. The name of our restaurant is OTOMAT and it can also be Tomato. You will find here all the pizza but in the Belgian way, since we compose the one with asparagus and Flemish. A menu with soups, salads for a healthy meal.
